Interested in community volunteer efforts with Joel Nelson Group? Spearheaded by Buyer Agent Sarah Jernigan, we are planning a September event on or near the Capitol Hill neighborhood. Whether we partner with small businesses on Capitol Hill or gather a group to roll up our sleeves and volunteer (or both!), we are looking to invest back into the community with our time and resources.
A note from Buyer Agent Sarah Jernigan:My name is Sarah Jernigan, a buyer’s agent working with Joel Nelson and his team.
In the early 2000s, I worked in new home sales, focusing more specifically on residential real estate in the past 11 years. Helping buyers in the DC Area has me very excited to learn more about the Capitol Hill, and the people and businesses that make this wonderful community so exciting. In the hopes of finding like minded community members, I am reaching out to connect with folks interested in giving back to the place where we work and live. To that end, I am actively researching local charities where we can make a positive difference for others who might struggle to meet more basic needs. I am still meeting with organizations and local businesses in the hopes of kicking off a first event in September.
