While 2020 started with a bang, the year quickly became unpredictable during the traditionally busy spring market due to the COVID-19 pandemic. While things slowed briefly for safety reasons, the DC real estate market has once again weathered a storm; we are seeing evidence of a late spring market as we finish out the summer, with a strong July & August for home sales in DC and especially in 20002 and 20003 on Capitol Hill.
