JNG Retreat: Focusing for Our Clients
A brief JNG Retreat in April allowed us to take a step back, get strategic, and make sure we are providing the best customer service to our clients.
Reporting, news, and numbers show that the real estate market is off to a slow start this spring locally and nationally, likely due to a combination of low inventory, interest rates creeping slightly higher, and even the colder weather. The good news is that the weather seems to have finally turned warmer, and we’ve noticed an increase in the pace of buyer inquiries and listings here at Joel Nelson Group.
Before the spring got too crazy, our team took the opportunity to take a day-trip to North Beach (by the Chesapeake Bay). We took a half day away from the day to day tasks to ask ourselves:
- Are we doing everything we can to give our buyers a great experience and an advantage in this competitive market?
- Are we reaching the people who have questions about selling their home, whether the timing is right, and giving them the best possible outcomes?
We also took the opportunity to get to know our newest team members, share best practices, and focus on what we do best – sharing our deep real estate expertise and providing unsurpassed customer service.
We feel recharged and ready to work after our JNG retreat. In fact just one week later, we had a ‘triple play day‘ where every agent in our office, Joel, Alan and Paul, all ratified contracts for their clients!
