    In order to best capture the foot and auto traffic directly in front of your home, signs will be used to display listing status and directions to open houses.

    8. Public Open Houses.

    An open house will be held the first two weekends, if necessary, and then afterwards at the discretion of the Seller and agent. This is one of the best opportunities for potential buyers have the opportunity to look at your house and ask specific questions to see if your home will fit their needs.

    9. Stand-Out Print Advertising.

    Large, double column ads are placed in the Sunday Real Estate classified section of the Washington Post advertising your open house, making it possible for a large audience of the greater Capital area to see your home. We also utilize local and cultural community publications including the Hill Rag, City Paper, Washington Blade, Northwest Current and Virginia Sun Gazette papers to capture the attention of specific buyer pools.

    10. Track Buyer Agent Showings & Make Direct Contact.
