  My name is Joel Nelson, and I am proud to live and work as a Realtor in the Nation's Capital and surrounding communities. For the last 11 years I have been fully dedicated to serving buyers and sellers, providing guidance as my clients make important decisions regarding neighborhood locations, home styles and structures, renovations and preparations for sale, contractual negotiations, and strategic investment.
